Provisional Administrator
From CNA to clinical leader to provisional administrator, Lindsey T.’s career reflects a deep-rooted commitment to compassionate care and team-driven success. With an early start in healthcare as a CNA at NSCC during her teenage years, Lindsey went on to serve as a cardiac and cardiac cath lab nurse at Mercy North Iowa. Eventually, her passion for long-term care drew her back to the setting where her journey began.
Lindsey served as Director of Nursing (DON) in Clear Lake and later at NSCC, where she now holds the role of Provisional Administrator. Her nursing background has equipped her with invaluable insight into both the clinical and operational aspects of care, allowing her to lead with both empathy and strategic focus. She holds an ADN from NIACC and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
As a leader, Lindsey is intentional about creating a culture that feels more like home than a healthcare facility. Her vision is to create a warm, resident-centered environment characterized by teamwork, open communication, and consistent quality. She values open dialogue and encourages her team to share feedback freely believing that everyone’s voice contributes to the success of the whole.
Lindsey’s goals include guiding her facility toward earning the Bronze Quality Award and continuing along the path of performance excellence. Her leadership style blends heart and strategy, with a focus on delivering outstanding resident care, reducing turnover through a supportive culture, and ensuring operational sustainability. For Lindsey, success means a thriving workplace where residents feel cared for, and staff feel proud to belong.
Assisted Living Manager
As the Assisted Living Manager at Summit Heights Independent and Assisted Living, Kelli brings warmth, compassion, and a deep sense of purpose to her role. Each day, she works to ensure that every tenant feels truly at home, building a welcoming community where meaningful moments—whether it’s a coffee chat, a shared laugh, or a lively social event—are part of everyday life.
Kelli’s passion for helping others led her to the senior living field, where she quickly found her calling. Her dedication to creating a space where residents feel safe, connected, and genuinely cared for shines through in her leadership and daily interactions. Under her guidance, Summit Heights remains a place where friendships flourish and quality of life is a top priority.
Currently, Kelli is furthering her education as she works toward becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This next step reflects her ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth, as well as her desire to provide the highest level of care to both residents and team members.
